NOVELTY - Preparation of scanning electron microscope sample involves preparing cement slurry cushion by preparing cement slurry, weighing cement and water, weighing 0.2-0.5% of cement of polycarboxylate water-reducing agent, adding polycarboxylate water-reducing agent to water and mixing, adding cement and stirring to obtain a cement paste, preparing graphene dispersion by dissolving 0.1-0.4 g polycarboxylate water-reducing agent in 50-200 mL distilled water and stirring to obtain polycarbonate solution, weighing graphene slurry with solid content of 1-5 wt.% added to the polycarbonate solution, simultaneously treating with ultrasonic waves and mechanical stirring, dripping the graphene dispersion on the cement slurry, and sprinkling 1-2 g cement powder on graphene layer (3) with 250-350-mesh standard inspection sieve to obtain a scan of the bottom layer of cement slurry cushion, the middle layer of graphene layer, and the surface layer of cement ash surface layer. USE - Preparation of scanning electron microscope sample used for observing graphene to regulate and control cement hydration crystal morphology. ADVANTAGE - The microscopic appearance of cement hydration product on the graphene can be observed conveniently, quickly and rapidly. The drawing effect and template effect of graphene on cement-based materials are analyzed, which lays a foundation for studying the properties of graphene-modified cement-based or concrete materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of scanning electron microscope sample involves preparing cement slurry cushion by preparing cement slurry according to water-cement ratio of 0.26-0.33, weighing cement and water, weighing 0.2-0.5% of cement of polycarboxylate water-reducing agent, adding polycarboxylate water-reducing agent to water and mixing, adding cement and stirring to obtain a cement paste, which is evenly distributed on glass plate (1) with thickness of 1-5 mm, preparing graphene dispersion by dissolving 0.1-0.4 g polycarboxylate water-reducing agent in 50-200 mL distilled water and stirring to obtain polycarbonate solution, weighing graphene slurry with solid content of 1-5 wt.% added to the polycarbonate solution, where the added amount of graphene slurry is 0.5-2% of the quality of distilled water and simultaneously treating with ultrasonic waves and mechanical stirring, dripping the graphene dispersion on the cement slurry, where the amount of graphene dispersion to be added should cover the surface of the cement slurry without overflowing, and sprinkling 1-2 g cement powder on the graphene layer with 250-350-mesh standard inspection sieve to obtain a scan of the bottom layer of cement slurry cushion, the middle layer of graphene layer, and the surface layer of cement ash surface layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the scanning electron microscope sample.
