NOVELTY - Physically peeling graphene comprises mixing graphite flake having more than 98% purity and 30-500 mu m particle size and stripper composition; milling for 4-48 hours at 2000 revolutions/minute (rpm); standing for 24 hours; centrifuging at 1000-6000 rpm for 10-120 minutes and vacuum filtering supernatant; and washing with distilled water and freeze-drying for 3 hours. The stripper composition comprises 100 pts. wt. alcohol solvent, 50-80 pts. wt. polyacrylates or polyacrylate derivatives, 0.5-5 pts. wt. rubber powder and 0.5-5 pts. wt. water soluble salt. USE - Method for physically peeling graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high efficient peeling.
