NOVELTY - Flexible mechanical sensor comprises a first ordered graphene sensing unit comprising an ordered graphene sheet layer, a polydimethylsiloxane embedded in graphene sheet layer, a polydimethylsiloxane wires and electrodes from polydimethylsiloxane. The mechanical sensor comprises a second ordered graphene sensing unit comprising an ordered graphene sheet layer, a polydimethylsiloxane embedded in graphene sheet layer, and a polydimethylsiloxane derived from the polydimethylsiloxane wires and electrode. The direction in which graphene arrangement of first ordered graphene sensing unit is parallel to direction in which graphene arrangement of second ordered graphene sensing unit is aligned and overlaps, and contact surface is adhered with polydimethylsiloxane, and then cured and packaged. USE - Flexible mechanical sensor for detecting direction of stress based on ordered graphene. ADVANTAGE - The flexible mechanical sensor is capable of simultaneously measuring size of stress. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a flexible mechanical sensor, which involves: (A) using chemical vapor deposition technology to prepare a vertically-grown graphene sheet layer, placing metal inducer on stainless steel substrate on which graphene is grown, inducing vertical electric field on substrate surface to produce parallel components, and transferring graphene sheet embedded to polydimethylsiloxane on stainless steel substrate to grow graphene; (B) inserting wire into polydimethylsiloxane containing graphene, pouring electrode at position where wire penetrates the surface of polydimethylsiloxane, leading out wire, applying polydimethylsiloxane on electrode side where wire is drawn out, and curing polydimethylsiloxane to produce a first ordered graphene sensing unit and a second ordered graphene sensing unit; and (C) aligning and overlapping direction in which graphene arrangement of first ordered graphene sensing unit is parallel to direction in which graphene arrangement of second ordered graphene sensing unit is perpendicular, and attaching it with polydimethylsiloxane to cure and encapsulate contact surface.
