▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing non-ironing multifunctional blended yarn by using electrostatic spinning nano technology comprises (1) opening and cleaning the long stapled cotton and carding the cotton, (2) using solvent to stir and dissolve low melting point polyester and adding functional material, preparing into spinning solution, the functional material is anti-ultraviolet material with infrared therapy, negative ion healthcare, magnetic therapy performance of material or mosquito-proof material, (3) using the cotton beam obtained in step (1) for two drawing process, electrostatic spinning micro-nano fiber is coated and mixing in the long stapled cotton in the process, electrostatic spinning micro-nano fiber and long stapled cotton further mixing uniformly to obtain the composite cotton beam, (4) orderly passing the composite cotton beam obtained in step (3) through roving, spinning, sizing, weaving, post-processing technique to obtain the multifunctional blended yarn. USE - The method is useful for preparing non-ironing multifunctional blended yarn by using electrostatic spinning nano technology. ADVANTAGE - The method can improve the yarn non-ironing performance and improves the mechanical property of the yarn.
