▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nanoparticle bionic enzyme sensitive element involves dispersing two-dimensional nanomaterial in a solvent, adding acetate containing a transition metal source to uniformly absorb the metal ions and two-dimensional nanomaterial, freeze-drying to remove the solvent, mixing obtained product with a six-membered heterocyclic compound and biomass amino acid to form a mixture, pyrolyzing in an inert atmosphere to form a carbon structure, and cooling. USE - Preparation of nanoparticle bionic enzyme sensitive element used for preparing electrochemical sensor for detecting release of biologically active molecules e.g. superoxide anion radical, dopamine, hydrogen peroxide and nitric oxide from living cells (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoparticle bionic enzyme sensitive element provides electrochemical sensor having short response time, high response sensitivity, low detection limit, and excellent selectivity and applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) nanoparticle bionic enzyme sensitive element, which is a transition metal atom fixed at the defect structure of the nanomaterial through heteroatom doping; and (2) electrochemical sensor, in which surface of working electrode is coated with the nanoparticle bionic enzyme sensitive element.
