NOVELTY - Preparing high molecular material for coating comprises (a) adding 50-70 pts. wt. macromolecular mixed base material, 3-4 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 4-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1.6-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-6 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-1.2 pts. wt. leveling agent, and (b) adding the polymer mixture, graphene and coupling agent together into the stirring device, stirring at 25-40degrees Celsius for the first time, naturally cooling to 0-5degrees Celsius, and stirring with the leveling agent and anti-bacterial agent for the second time, and discharging to obtain the final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high molecular new material for coating preparation, where the coating is continuous film coated on the protected or decorated object surface and can form firm attachment with the object to be coated. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high molecular new material for coating paint preparation. The coating has good appearance and mechanical performance. The polymer material product satisfies the condition of low temperature curing, can improve the waterproof performance of the coating, weather resistance and aging corrosion resistance, ensures good fluidity in the coating curing process, has excellent performance of coating, does not cost lot of time to prepare the coating product before spraying, which can ensure excellent performance, used as the coating for base material directly, the coating performance formed by spraying is enough to meet the requirement of the user, subsequent coating finished product is not needed, the connecting assembly makes the connection of the three stirring plates more reliable, is not easy to separate, the adjacent two stirring plates are screwed by screw, and is good for subsequent disassembling and maintenance.
