The second substrate layer (300) is arranged on the side of the modified graphene acrylic adhesive layer away from the antistatic transparent release film layer. The modified graphene black ink layer (400) is provided on the side of the second substrate layer away from the modified graphene acrylic adhesive layer. USE - Thermally conductive single-sided adhesive tape for graphite heat sinks. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene black ink layer arranged on the side of the second substrate layer away from the modified graphene acrylic adhesive layer, and adds a small amount of graphene slurry to the modified acrylic adhesive and the modified black ink. The tape also have thermal conductivity in the longitudinal direction, and has better thermal conductivity under the premise of lower peeling force loss.
