NOVELTY - Graphene modified oxygen barrier polyethylene master batch comprises 18-80 pts. wt. polyethylene matrix, 10-40 pts. wt. grapheme, 5-10 pts. wt. second oxygen inhibitor, 5-20 pts. wt. coating agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. surface treatment agent, 0.5-10 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as graphene modified oxygen barrier polyethylene master batch. ADVANTAGE - The master batch: improves oxygen barrier performance of composite material, and has high-barrier graphene nano sheet structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene modified oxygen barrier polyethylene master batch comprising (1) mixing graphene, second oxygen inhibitor, coating agent, surface treatment agent, dispersant, antioxidant, etc. at 20-80 degrees C, at a speed of 200-1500 revolutions/minutes, for 5-30 minutes to obtain pre-dispersed and pre-coated mixed filler, (2) blending obtained filler and the polyethylene matrix are melt blending at 160-250 degrees C for 5-30 minutes to obtain initial graphene modified polyethylene agglomerate or master batch, and (3) melt blending initial graphene modified polyethylene agglomerate or masterbatch again at 160-250 degrees C, for a period of time to complete extrusion and pelletizing to obtain final graphene modified polyethylene master batch; and (2) use of graphene modified oxygen barrier polyethylene master batch comprising drying graphene modified polyethylene master batch at 50-100 degrees C, the drying time is 30-120 minutes, and mixing with polyethylene matrix according to the ratio of 20:100-300:100 form a compound, and pipe extruding, cooling and shaping, coiling or cutting to obtain finished graphene modified polyethylene pipe.
