▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has a unit structure layer i.e. I-shaped structure layer, provided with a metal layer, a group of electrode sheet, graphene sheet film layer, a photoresist and a square substrate. A pair of electrodes are provided on the top side of the square substrate. A graphene film and the photoresist structure are provided on the upper side of the square substrate. A group of electrodes and the electrode plate are oppositely provided on the sides of the metal layer and below the film graphene. The square substrate is made of barium fluoride material. USE - I-shaped structure for regulating and controlling a band-stop filter of a super-material graphene used in terahertz system. ADVANTAGE - The structure solves the problem that the modulation depth of the filter is not enough, and the structure is complex, not easy to be flexible design and not capable of real-time tuning. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an I-shaped structure for regulating and controlling a band-stop filter of a super-material graphene.
