▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Optimized dispersion method of molecular system with amino functional group, comprises adding carbon nanotubes and/or graphene powder into solvent, then mechanically dispersing, and forming NH- pi polar interaction with carbon nanotubes and graphene by amino functional group in the molecule to obtain dispersed single carbon nanotubes and dispersed single-layer graphene, where the molecular system with amino functional group includes aromatic hydrocarbon molecules with amino functional group or cyclohexane molecule with amino functional group. USE - The molecular system with amino functional group is useful in preparing thin-film electrode, and carbon nanotube resin-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can disperse carbon nanotubes into single carbon tube state and graphene into single-layer graphite state in solution; simplifies the preparation of carbon nanotubes and/or graphene reinforced epoxy resin-based composites, and dispersion process of carbon nanotubes and/or graphene; has low production cost, and short time-consuming; and does not generates defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of molecular system with amino functional group, comprising completely dissolving carbon nanotube and/or graphene powder in solvent, then depositing on the substrate by spraying to obtain thin-film electrode, or mixing with epoxy resin precursor to obtain carbon nanotube resin-based composite material, where the solvent contains aromatic hydrocarbon molecules with NH or amino functional groups or cyclohexane molecules with amino functional groups.
