▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Organic-inorganic hybrid cross-linked thermally conductive silica gel comprises 28-35 wt.% vinyl silicone oil, 5-8 wt.% hydrogen silicone oil, 2-5 wt.% dimethyl silicone oil, 35-40 wt.% chemically modified inorganic filler, 15-20 wt.% copper powder, 1-5 wt.% silica, 0.1-0.3 wt.% graphene, 0.02-0.06 wt.% catalyst and 0.005-0.01 wt.% inhibitor. The chemically modified inorganic filler is prepared by modifying inorganic filler by coupling agent. USE - Organic-inorganic hybrid cross-linked thermally conductive silica gel. ADVANTAGE - The gel has improved sedimentation of filler and is good for the construction of whole heat conducting path of system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the organic-inorganic hybrid cross-linked heat-conducting silica gel.
