NOVELTY - A graphene-reinforced high-solid content epoxy anti-corrosive paint comprises main paint and curing agent. The main paint comprises 18-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-15 pts. wt. diluent, 0.2-3 pts. wt. additive, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. pigment, 35-45 pts. wt. filler and 0.5-5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent. The curing agent comprises 75-85 pts. wt. amine resin, 5-15 pts. wt. diluent and 3-8 pts. wt. additive. USE - Graphene-reinforced high-solid content epoxy anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has good environmental protection and no graphene dispersion difficulty problem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-reinforced high-solid content epoxy anti-corrosive paint comprising adding epoxy resin, diluent and additive to high-speed stirring cylinder, uniformly stirring, adding graphene, pigment, filler and thixotropic agent, uniformly stirring, grinding to fineness of less than or equal to 50 mu m, filtering to obtain main paint, adding amine resin, diluent and additive to jar, dispersing at less than or equal to 50 degrees C for 30 minutes, filtering by filter screen to obtain curing agent, uniformly stirring main paint and curing agent, adding diluent adjusting construction adhesive, adding to normal air spray or airless spray equipment atomizing device and spraying.
