NOVELTY - Cotton graphene-chinlon fabric-faced cold transfer printing, comprises selecting superfine fiber grey cloth, singeing, re-bleaching, tentering, whitening and carrying out front cold transfer, transferring, printing, shaping, steaming, washing using water, dehydrating, drying and baking, specifically e.g. using warp yarn is 60S cotton yarn, weft is 70D/24F graphene-chinlon DTY. USE - The method is useful for cotton graphene-chinlon fabric-faced cold transfer printing (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cotton graphene-chinlon fabric-faced cold transfer printing, comprises selecting superfine fiber grey cloth, singeing, re-bleaching, tentering, whitening and carrying out front cold transfer, transferring, printing, shaping, steaming, washing using water, dehydrating, drying and baking, specifically (i) using warp yarn is 60S cotton yarn, weft is 70D/24F graphene-chinlon DTY, where the warp density is 200 pieces/inch, the weft density is 120 pieces/inch, the width is 99 inches, satin tissue, (ii) singeing at speed of 110-115 m/minutes, at 1000-1100 degrees C, back singeing, yellowing, influencing the function of chinlon graphene, (iii) using 40-45 g/l caustic soda, 100 % 6-8 g/l hydrogen peroxide, at 10-15 degrees C, for 4 hours, re-bleaching using 100 % 1-1.5 g/l caustic soda, 6-8 g/l hydrogen peroxide, maintaining temperature at 90-100 degrees C for 40-60 minutes, (v) whitening the pre-coating agent 1-2 g/l, with width of 240-245 cm, maintaining temperature at 140-142 degrees C at speed of 30-35 m/minutes, preventing yellowing of the chinlon, (vi) cold transfer printing fabric, wringing and concave roller supply, until the downier 10-12 of active dye printing film and fabric front purchased through roller, maintaining temperature at 28-30 degrees C for 50-60 seconds, at pressure of 1.5-2 kg, printing at speed of 25-28 m/minutes, (vii) cold transfer printing using printing film with the acidic dye fabric back suction through roller, maintaining temperature at 28-30 degrees C for 50-60 seconds, at pressure of 1.5-2 kg, printing at speed of 25-28 m/minute, (viii) steaming at 105-107 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, (ix) washing using water, 12 water-saving tank, maintaining temperature at 60-100 degrees C, at speed of 34-36 m/minutes, (x) carrying out fixation using 30-32 g/l acid dye SE, the acid dye stuff SE comprises hydroxypropyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid, triethylene tetramine and epoxy chloropropane, and carrying out fixation at 60-62 degrees C for 30-32 minutes, where the bath ratio is 1:20.
