NOVELTY - A cathode graphene preparing method involves adding graphene into the penetrant to disperse the penetrant such as a non-ionic chelate. Boron ion dispersion is performed by adding boron oxide to the mixture for further dispersion to achieve uniform dispersion of boron oxide on the graphene so that the graphene lattice full access to boron ions, followed by performing boron ions embedded reaction by adding the mixed material fully contact with boron ions for ion- permeating reaction into a reaction kettle, and cleaning after completion of the cathode graphene production. USE - Method for preparing cathode graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing cathode graphene with positive piezoelectric potential characteristics, and better material, in simple and cost effective manner.
