NOVELTY - Preparing multilayer polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber film comprises (i) mixing polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin, extrusion aid, nano-silica, nano-graphene, coupling agent, aramid fiber and glass fiber to form polytetrafluoroethylene material; (ii) pressing polytetrafluoroethylene material into blank, extruding the blank to form a polytetrafluoroethylene hollow pipe, stretching and sintering the hollow pipe at low temperature of 150-160degreesC for 30-40 seconds to obtain polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber film; (iii) diluting polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin with purified water and ethanol to obtain coating dipping liquid, dipping the film in the coating dipping liquid, sintering at low temperature of 150-160degreesC for 20-30 seconds, repeatedly dipping and sintering for multiple times to obtain processed polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber film; and (iv) processing the hollow fiber film in mixed solution of hydrophilic stabilizer and ethanol, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing multilayer polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber film. ADVANTAGE - The multi-layer polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber film has excellent anti-fouling and high-flux performance.
