NOVELTY - The wire has two electrodes (1) located in an insulating layer (2) that is formed with a graphene and polyethylene mixed filling layer (3). An outer surface of the insulating layer is provided with multiple heat-radiating fins (4). The heat-radiating fins are clamped on an outer surface of a water-proof layer (7). An inner surface of the water-proof layer is fixedly connected with an outer surface of the insulating layer. The outer surface of the water-proof layer is provided with a heat-conducting ring (5). The fins are clamped on an inner surface of the heat-conducting ring. An outer surface of the heat-conducting ring is provided with a protective layer (6). The graphene and polyethylene mixed filling layer is formed by mixing of polyethylene material and graphene material. The insulating layer is filled with cross-linked polyethylene material. The protective layer is formed by polyethylene (PE) material. The electrodes are formed as positive and negative electrode lines. USE - Graphene and polyethylene mixture-based efficient and energy-saving floor heating wire. ADVANTAGE - The wire has better heat-conducting effect. The heat-radiating fins effectively absorbs and discharges heat generated by the graphene and polyethylene filling layer after transferring heat energy to the insulating layer so as to improve heat conduction effect, thus ensuring high floor heating temperature, reducing energy consumption and effectively achieving high efficiency and energy conservation performance.
