NOVELTY - Device includes a tubular casing (2), a mouth piece (3), a valve (4), a graphene employed gas sensor (5) having an end face, a back side and controller terminal. The sensor comprises a heating system, and further comprising an aluminum oxide microtubules and a coil. The heating system is covered by a layer of tin oxide and graphene. The aluminum oxide microtubules is covered by a layer of aluminum oxide and graphene, a sensor (9), microcontroller, multiple of pins and a battery. The alcohol present in the breath is oxidized into acetic acid when passed through heating system. The acetic acid cascades on tin oxide-graphene layer to decrease the resistance by using the external load resistance and the resistance variation is converted into a suitable voltage resistance. USE - Device for detecting alcohol concentration in blood through breath analysis. ADVANTAGE - The device provides higher sensitivity and accurate results for detection of alcohol to prevent accidents due to drink and drive accidents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of operation of device, which involves: (A) providing a sample of exhaled breath for heating required by semiconductor sensor; (B) adjusting the date and time in real time clock to display the time on which alcohol test is taken; (C) detecting the concentration of alcohol in breath using semiconductor sensor; (D) converting the analog output data of semiconductor sensor into digital data within the microcontroller which is further processed by an algorithm to produce the actual value of blood alcohol concentration; (E) selecting a individual profile in which the value is indicating the blood alcohol concentration is to be stored; and (F) analyzing the displayed result of blood alcohol concentration of an individual to decide if person is within permissible limit to drive a vehicle safely.
