NOVELTY - Electrode pole piece comprises a current collector and an active material layer laminated on the current collector. The active material layer includes a phase change microcapsule. The content of the phase change microcapsule is a phase change material. USE - The electrode pole piece is useful in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium-ion batteries has high temperature during the fast charging process, which can absorb heat through the structural phase change of the phase change material to prevent the temperature of the lithium-ion battery from being too high and improve the safety of the lithium-ion battery; when the temperature of the lithium-ion battery is too low, heat can be released through the structural phase change of the material to heat the lithium-ion battery to prevent lithium from being released due to excessively low temperature and improve the low-temperature charging performance of the lithium-ion battery.
