NOVELTY - A graphene film electrode comprises electrode substrate, graphene film composited on the electrode substrate, metal thin film composited on the graphene film, where the graphene film is composed of a single layer of graphene sheets or multiples layers of graphene sheets, and multilayer graphene sheet layer is prepared by laminating a single layer of graphene sheets. USE - Graphene film electrode. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film electrode improves the energy density and power density and excellent AC filtering performance of the device, and in convenient to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a graphene film electrode, involving compounding a single layer of graphene sheets grown on a metal substrate on a flexible substrate, and removing the metal substrate by etching the solution to obtain an intermediate product, transferring the single-layer graphene sheet layer on the intermediate product obtained in the above step to the electrode substrate to obtain an electrode substrate composited with graphene film, where the transfer comprises single transfer or multiple transfers, and depositing a metal thin film on the graphene film of the electrode substrate composited with graphene film to obtain the finished product (2) a interdigital electrode (3) a capacitor.
