NOVELTY - Method for polymerizing immobilized enzyme of carbon material based on polymeric biological molecule, involves obtaining immobilized enzyme based on polymeric biomolecule functionalized carbon material using polymeric biomolecule as functional reagent by adsorption or covalent connection, and functionalized surface of carbon material, where the surface of carbon material is covered or partially covered by functional reagent, and fixing the enzyme on the functionalized carbon material by adsorption. USE - The method is useful for polymerizing immobilized enzyme of carbon material. ADVANTAGE - The method retains high adsorption force of the carbon material, protects protein structure of the enzyme, and plays the role of maintaining and enhancing the activity of the enzyme, and has simple operation, and high specific activity.
