NOVELTY - Graphene-anaerobic sludge composite includes adding fresh active sludge in anaerobic bioreactor, adjusting concentration to 3-20 g/L, controlling initial pH value below 8-11, heating at 20-60 degrees C, circulating sludge in reactor by circulator pump for 12-48 hours, diluting wastewater 1-10 times, operating anaerobic reactor intermittently, removing more than 80% chemical oxygen demand (COD), increasing proportion of influent, adding 1-10 mu m graphene oxide, reacting for 18-36 hours and removing biodegradable influent pollutants. USE - Graphene-anaerobic sludge composite used for wastewater treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has high biological activity, good stability and low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-anaerobic sludge composite comprising adding fresh active sludge in anaerobic bioreactor, adjusting concentration to 3-20 g/L, controlling initial pH value below 8-11, heating at 20-60 degrees C, circulating sludge in reactor by circulator pump for 12-48 hours, diluting wastewater 1-10 times, operating anaerobic reactor intermittently, removing more than 80% chemical oxygen demand (COD), increasing proportion of influent, completing domestication, adding 1-10 mu m graphene oxide, reacting for 18-36 hours, adjusting matrix load and hydraulic retention time, removing biodegradable influent pollutants, maintaining temperature at 10-60 degrees C and dissolved oxygen is less than 0.5 mg/L.
