The preparation method of the impregnating agent is: adding 5-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH570 into 15-25 pts. wt. sodium alginate solution, stirring for 10-20 minutes at a rotating speed of 450-550 revolutions/minute, stirring to finish, and (ii) adding 3-6 pts. wt. modified bentonite an d1-5 pts. wt. lanthanum sulfate, and stirring and mixing fully at a rotating speed of 100-400 revolutions/minute, stirring for 35-45 minutes and stirring.
