▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Layered gradient structure particle reinforced magnesium-based alloy composite material comprises a magnesium-based alloy and reinforced particles distributed in the magnesium-based alloy. The reinforced particles are bidirectional continuous layered gradient distribution from the middle of the magnesium-based alloy to two sides. The content of the reinforced particles is gradually increased from the middle to the two sides. The reinforcing particle is silicon carbide, silicon dioxide, aluminum nitride, boron carbide, carbon nano tube and graphene. The total mass of the reinforced particles are not greater than 20% of the mass of the layered gradient structure particles reinforced magnesium-based alloy composite material. The quality of each layer of reinforced particle is not greater than 5% of the mass of the layer-shaped gradient structure particle reinforced magnesium-based alloy composite material. The magnesium-based alloy includes 2-8% aluminum, 1-10% tin and magnesium (remaining amount). USE - Used as laminated gradient structure particle reinforced magnesium-based alloy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material ensures the good microstructure continuity and high interface bonding strength and improves the hardness and anti-corrosion performance of the magnesium-based alloy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material.
