NOVELTY - A graphene-oxide-doped magnesium alloy comprises magnesium, aluminum and graphite. USE - Graphene-oxide-doped magnesium alloy is used for structural components (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-oxide-doped magnesium alloy can be processed into structures of various types. Graphene provides excellent noise-absorption property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-oxide-doped magnesium alloy is of formula: MgxAlyGpz, where Gp is graphite and z is 0.1-5 atomic%, preferably 0.2-2 atomic%, y is 7-14 atomic%, preferably 8-12 atomic%, and x is 1-y-z.
