▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene/ferric oxide composite material involves ultrasonically dispersing a graphene hydrosol, adding ascorbic acid, uniformly mixing, hydrothermally treating the mixed solution to obtain a three-dimensional graphene block, washing three-dimensional graphene block, cutting to obtain a three-dimensional graphene sheet, adding water to the three-dimensional graphene sheet, adjusting the pH, cooling to obtain a solution, adding potassium ferrate to the solution, uniformly stirring, filtering and collecting the solid phase. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene/ferric oxide composite material for working electrode of supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is simple, and provides composite electrode material which has excellent conductivity, large specific capacitance and cycle stability, and provides self-supporting electrode without using conductive agent and binder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of three-dimensional graphene/ferric oxide composite material in supercapacitor working electrode.
