An upper end of the second solid-state relay is provided with a fourth contact connecting seat (6), a fifth contact connecting seat (7) and a sixth contact connecting seat (8). An outer side of the first and the second solid-state relays is provided with a multifunctional state monitoring module (9). USE - Three-phase unbalanced phase change device of solid-state relay for controlling phase-changing switch.
