NOVELTY - An electrode catalyst carrier is obtained by reacting graphene and allyl glycidyl ether, hexachlorostannic acid and 4,4-di-phthalic anhydride, and reacting reaction product with graphene oxide. USE - Carrier is used for electrode catalyst for proton-exchange membrane fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The carrier is prepared by simple and economical method. The catalyst comprising the carrier has excellent compatibility, conduction characteristics and catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carrier, which involves mixing graphene and allyl glycidyl ether to form graphene complex ether, reacting hexachlorostannic acid and 4,4-di-phthalic anhydride to form tin phthalate, reacting graphene complex ether and tin phthalate to form carrier powder and reacting carrier powder with graphene oxide.
