NOVELTY - Multifunctional coating comprises undercoat layer and a top layer, where the undercoat layer comprises 90-110 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion having a solid content of 35%, 1-20 pts. wt. graphene. The top layer comprises 20-50 pts. wt. white cement, 1-10 pts. wt. gypsum, 5-20 pts. wt. mica powder, 3-20 pts. wt. hollow microbeads, 5-30 pts. wt. vitrified beads, 30-50 pts. wt. quartz powder, 0.1-2 pts. wt. cellulose, 0.1-2.0 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-2.5 pts. wt. calcium formate, 0.3-3.0 pts. wt. anti-cracking fiber, 2-20 pts. wt. latex powder 0.5-10 pts. wt. far infrared ceramic powder, 0.5-15 pts. wt. hydrophobic silicon oxide aerogel. USE - Multifunctional coating used for application on concrete floors, metal roofs, building exterior walls, interior walls (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional coating has function of heat insulation, water-proof, heat preservation, and antirust. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A method for preparing a multifunctional coating, which involves: (A) weigh raw materials, where undercoat layer comprises 90-110 pts. wt. an acrylic emulsion having a solid content of 35%, 1-20 pts. wt. graphene; and the surface layer comprises: 20-50 pts. wt. white cement, gypsum 1- 10 parts, 5-20 pts. wt. mica powder, 3-20 pts. wt. hollow microbeads, 5-30 pts. wt. vitrified beads, 30-50 pts. wt. quartz powder, 0.1-2 pts. wt. cellulose, 0.1-2.0 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. reducing agent, 0.1-2.5 pts. wt. calcium formate, 0.3-3.0 pts. wt. anti-cracking fiber, 2-20 pts. wt. latex powder, 0.5-10 pts. wt. far-infrared ceramic powder, 0.5-15 pts. wt. hydrophobic SiO2 aerogel; (B) dispersing acrylic emulsion and the graphene material uniformly at a high speed and packaging; and (C) stirring dry powder materials of the top layer and packaging.
