▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing photocurable three-dimensional printing ink comprises adding 50-100 mg graphene oxide powder to 100 ml ultrapure water, and ultrasonicating for 1-3 hours until graphene oxide is uniformly dispersed, adding 15-20 g acrylamide, 1-5 g polyethylene glycol (diol) diacrylate, adding photoinitiator and stirring to dissolve to obtain three-dimensional printing ink. USE - The method is useful in preparing photocurable three-dimensional printing ink for preparing three-dimensional printed hydrogel patch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ink: excellent biocompatibility and mechanical properties; provides possibility for personalized customization of hydrogels; and has good application in fields of transdermal drug delivery, skin beauty, cell culture and tissue engineering. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing three-dimensional printed hydrogel patch, comprising using printing ink to print and drawn three-dimensional printing model. (2) use of hydrogel patch in preparing drug-loaded carrier, and as cell culture or tissue scaffold, and in transdermal drug delivery system, where the hydrogel can loaded with drugs by dry gel drug loading method or wet gel drug loading method, the cells is added to grow on surface of scaffold to induce differentiation to form tissues, the cells can culture include Hacat cells, cardiomyocytes or nerve cells, the tissue includes myocardial tissue, nerve tissue or skin.
