DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A hydroquinone/graphene/magnetite (Fe3O4) Fenton catalyst is prepared by adding 0.55 g 1,4-hydroquinone in 41.8 ml deionized water, adding 2 ml 0.02% aqueous ferrous sulfate heptahydrate (FeSO4.7H2O), fully mixing for 1 hour, dropwise adding 1.2 ml 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution in air atmosphere, maintaining constant stirring speed, reacting at 35 degrees C in water bath for 24 hours, centrifugally washing reaction liquid until upper layer of liquid is colorless or light yellow, vacuum-drying black precipitate at 50 degrees C for 24 hours, dissolving obtained polyphenol in water, adding graphite, stirring for 30 minutes, introducing argon gas to remove dissolved oxygen in water, ultrasonically treating at 24 kHz ultrasonic frequency for 30 minutes, low-speed centrifuging at 2000 rpm to remove large black precipitate, filtering supernatant liquid in 0.22 mu m filter membrane, collecting black residue to obtain graphene-grafted polyphenol, mixing ferric chloride (FeCl3) solution and ferrous sulfate (FeSO4) solution, dropwise adding obtained mixed solution to 3.5 mol/L ammonia water containing polyphenol/graphene at 60 degrees C, ultrasonically treating at 24 kHz ultrasonic frequency, magnetically separating with ethanol, washing with water, and vacuum-drying precipitate at 50 degrees C for 24 hours.
