▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polymer thin layer crack-resistant mortar comprises 150-200 pts. wt. cement, 70-100 pts. wt. fly ash, 30-50 pts. wt. waste stone powder, 30-50 pts. wt. heavy calcium powder, 600-750 pts. wt. fine sand, 8-15 pts. wt. re-dispersible emulsion powder, 1-3 pts. wt. starch ether, 1-3 pts. wt. cellulose ether, 1-3 pts. wt. retarder, 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. fiber, 10-30 pts. wt. polyacrylate emulsion, and 1-3 pts. wt. LBCB-1 thixotropic lubricant. The mass ratio of the cement, fly ash and fine sand is 4-5:2:15-20. The polyacrylate emulsion has solid content of 35-45%, viscosity of 11.5-12.5 Pa.second, and particle size of 160-180 nm. The fiber comprises polypropylene fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber in a mass ratio of 1:2-3, preferably 1:3. USE - Polymer thin layer crack-resistant mortar. ADVANTAGE - The mortar has low shrinkage, excellent crack resistance, bonding strength, tensile property, compressive property and water retention property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the mortar.
