NOVELTY - Gaphene composite material comprises molybdenum disulfide, graphene, graphene quantum dot. USE - Gaphene composite material used in preparing gas sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has more active sites, good thermal stability and chemical stability, which is good for gas adsorption. It has synergistic effect between graphene quantum dots that suppresses the molybdenum disulfide nano-agglomeration, providing a favorable condition for gas absorption. The gas-sensitive response time and sensitivity of the composite material can be effectively improved, and has excellent repeatability and selectivity.
