▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Terylene comprises modified graphene. USE - Used as terylene. ADVANTAGE - The terylene: improve the barrier property and mechanical property of polyester products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing terylene comprising (i) oxidizing graphene to obtain oxidized graphene, modifying oxidized graphene with an aminosilane coupling agent to obtain modified graphene, (ii) placing modified graphene in an organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-120 minutes to obtain graphene suspension, (iii) dissolving maleic anhydride in acetone to obtain maleic anhydride acetone solution, adding into graphene suspension, stirring at a certain temperature for 5-30 minutes to obtain maleic anhydride modified graphene solution, (iv) replacing gas in the reactor with nitrogen, adding terephthalic acid, dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol into the reactor, heating, stirring, esterifying at 180-230 degrees C having a esterification degree of more than 90%, adding catalyst at 250-300 degrees C, vacuumizing, carrying out polycondensation reaction for 1-2 hours to obtain graphene in situ modified polyester, and (v) adding polyester into the extruder, extruding and then granulating to obtain modified polyester pellets.
