NOVELTY - An organic polymer is sprayed on the surface of a metal substrate as solid carbon source, the metal substrate is homogenized on a spin coater, and the homogenized metal substrate is heated. The heated metal substrate is sprayed with a solid carbon source in a vacuum reaction furnace. A protection gas is filled in the vacuum cavity after oxygen in the vacuum cavity is removed, and heated to 800-1100 degrees C. The highest temperature is maintained for 1-100 minutes and air flow is maintained, to finally obtain a graphene-deposited metal substrate. USE - Preparation of graphene with solid carbon source. ADVANTAGE - The method enables safe preparation of graphene with solid carbon source, without using dangerous gases.
