▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High heat-resistant coating comprises 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin E44, 10-15 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 3-5 pts. wt. talc powder, 20-30 pts. wt. ethanol, 20-30 pts. wt. glycol ethyl ether, 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 8-10 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, where the high heat-resistant coating is prepared by (i) adding ethanol, ethylene glycol ethyl ether, film-forming auxiliary agent into stirring kettle in a rotating speed of 300-500 rpm, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding epoxy resin E44, continuously stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain first mixture; (ii) adding obtained first mixture and antifoaming agent into stirring kettle in a rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm and stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain second mixture; and (iii) adding obtained second mixture, reinforcing filler, talc powder, graphene, diethylenetriamine into stirring kettle in a frequency of 8-10 MHz, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-50 minutes. USE - The high heat-resistant coating is useful for battery shell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: adds reinforcing filler containing quartz, when combines with other inorganic fillers, which improves the impact resistance of the high heat-resistant coating and whose surface contains a large number of oxazine ring structures and conjugated double bond structures, which can improve the heat resistance of the coating and the surface contains a large amount of imide structure, which makes the reinforced filler contain a large number of ether bonds, which further improves the toughness of the coating, thus the coating film is not be damaged when the battery case is impacted, and ensures the protection of the battery case by the coating film and increases the service life of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (i) adding ethanol, ethylene glycol ethylether, film-forming auxiliary agent into the stirring kettle under the condition of the rotating speed of 300-500 rpm, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding epoxy resin E44 and continuously stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the first mixture; (ii) adding the obtained first mixture and antifoaming agent into the stirring kettle under the condition of the rotating speed is 800-1000 rpm, stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the second mixture; and (ii) adding the obtained second mixture, reinforcing filler, talc powder, graphene into stirring kettle under the condition of the frequency is 8-10 MHz, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-50 minutes.
