NOVELTY - Preparing silica/graphene modified rubber composite comprises (a) dispersing graphene in a solvent, adding amphiphilic polymer into the graphene dispersion to obtain a hydrophilic graphene dispersion, and spray-drying hydrophilic graphene dispersion; (b) dispersing the powdery hydrophilic graphene in the silicon source compound aqueous solution, adjusting the pH value of the graphene-silicon source compound solution until the silicon source compound is hydrolyzed, adding a modifier prepared by mixing an organosilicon modifier and a short-chain alkyl alcohol, and washing and suction filtering; and (c) diluting the mixed filter cake into an emulsion and adding into the latex as a filler to obtain a mixed system, adding a flocculant into the mixed system to induce latex demulsification, or using silica/graphene modification to induce latex demulsification to obtain flocs, adding processing aids to the flocs, mixing, sheeting, parking and vulcanizing. USE - The method is useful for preparing silica/graphene modified rubber composite. ADVANTAGE - The rubber composite has mechanical properties, wear resistance and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silica/graphene modified rubber composite comprises (a) dispersing graphene in a solvent to obtain a graphene dispersion, adding the amphiphilic polymer to the graphene dispersion to obtain a hydrophilic graphene dispersion, and spray-drying the hydrophilic graphene dispersion to obtain powdered hydrophilic graphene whose surface is modified with an amphiphilic polymer; (b) dispersing the powdery hydrophilic graphene in the silicon source compound aqueous solution to obtain graphene-silicon source compound solution, adjusting the pH value of the graphene-silicon source compound solution until the silicon source compound is hydrolyzed, adding a modifier prepared by mixing an organosilicon modifier and a short-chain alkyl alcohol, and washing and suction filtering to obtain a mixed filter cake of silica-graphene-based binary particles; and (c) diluting the mixed filter cake into an emulsion and adding into the latex as a filler to obtain a mixed system, adding a flocculant into the mixed system to induce latex demulsification, or using silica/graphene modification to induce latex demulsification to obtain flocs, adding processing aids to the flocs, mixing, sheeting, parking and vulcanizing.
