NOVELTY - Wear-resistant fluororubber material comprises 100 pts. wt. fluorine rubber, 40-50 pts. wt. carbon black, 8-12 pts. wt. modified silica, 2-2.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, and 2-3 pts. wt. stearic acid. The preparation of modified silicon dioxide comprises dispersing oxidized graphene tetraethyl orthosilicate uniformly in first solvent, performing in-situ hydrolysis reaction, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain material A, taking epoxy group-containing silane coupling agent and material A. USE - Wear-resistant fluorine rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant fluorine rubber material has good mechanical performance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing wear-resistant fluorine rubber material, which involves: 1. taking the fluorine rubber, filler, zinc oxide, stearic acid, mixing; 2. then adding vulcanizing agent mixing and vulcanizing to obtain the wear-resistant fluorine rubber material.
