NOVELTY - A honeycomb component is a load component comprising several channels extending along the length direction separated by partition wall, and is capable of generating 0.9-3.6 THz continuous wave. The cross-section of the channels is square, regular hexagon, regular triangle or annular. The number of channels in the cross-section of the honeycomb component is 80-400 holes/(inch)2. The honeycomb component has rib wall thickness of 0.1-0.6 mm, and geometric specific surface area of 800-2000 m2/m3, and is prepared from 50-60 %mass natural mineral powder and 40-50 %mass mixed solvent. The natural mineral powder comprises 3000-mesh ocher powder, 1250-mesh silica powder, 1250-mesh gabbro powder, 7000-mesh Bian stone powder, 325-mesh zeolite powder, 3000-mesh tourmaline powder, 1250-mesh opal powder, 1250-mesh ferromagnetic powder and 3000-mesh bamboo charcoal powder. The mixed solvent comprises aqueous graphene, polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water. USE - Honeycomb body is used in drinking water engineering, air purification, public health and agricultural planting applications. ADVANTAGE - The honeycomb body has ideal terahertz wave radiation effect, not only low cost, convenient use, and wide application range, and can be customized.
