NOVELTY - Preparing rubber/graphene composite comprises e.g. (i) taking graphene and cationic polyelectrolyte, ultrasonic dispersing, centrifuging and washing, (ii) taking functionalized graphene ultrasound dispersed, mixing, adding rubber compounding agent dispersion by ultrasonic stirring dispersing technique to obtain white styrene butadiene rubber/graphene composite, (iii) taking styrene-butadiene rubber/graphene composite obtained in the step (ii), drying by air blasting by hot pressing process to obtain styrene-butadiene rubber/graphene composite with continuous isolation structure. USE - The method is useful for preparing rubber/graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: produces product has isolation structure and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing rubber/graphene composite comprises (i) taking specific mass ratio of graphene and cationic polyelectrolyte, ultrasonic dispersing for 1-3 hours, centrifuging and washing, and re-ultrasonic dispersing to obtain uniform functionalized graphene suspension, (ii) taking functionalized graphene ultrasound dispersed in a specific mass ratio of carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex and styrene-butadiene latex, mixing, adding specific amount of rubber compounding agent dispersion by ultrasonic stirring dispersing technique to obtain white styrene butadiene rubber/graphene composite, (iii) taking styrene-butadiene rubber/graphene composite obtained in the step (ii), drying by air blasting at 45 degrees C for 12-30 hours by hot pressing process to obtain styrene-butadiene rubber/graphene composite with continuous isolation structure.
