NOVELTY - The device has a housing provided with an inner housing (3) and an outer housing (2). A heat conducting film (1) is partially wound on the inner housing and contained in the outer housing. Two ends of the heat conducting film are connected with an electronic device and the housing. The heat conducting film is bent or rotated along with change of the electronic device. The heat conducting film is formed as a graphite heat conducting film, a graphene heat conducting film, an insulating soaking film, a composite heat conducting film or a metal foil. A connecting piece is connected with the electronic device. USE - Heat conducting device. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize bending and rotating functions without secondary processing to the heat conducting film without loss of heat conducting film. The device has high heat performance, low cost, low deformation, and better bending resistance, and wide application range, and is easy to realize miniaturization.
