▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a silver nanowire film layer on a graphene image for enhancing graphene image conductivity. A curing layer is prepared on an induction layer and a driving layer. An optical double-surface adhesive layer is adhered on the curing layer. A protective film made of a transparent polyimide thin film is attached on the optical double-surface adhesive layer. A display device is adhered on a surface of the optical double-surface adhesive layer to form a flexible electronic device. A surface of base material is coated with a transparent flame retardant layer to accelerate formation of amorphous carbon. USE - Laser-induced graphene based flexible electronic device manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables designing a single-layer base film on a transmission line belt to finish processing step so as to ensure processing efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost of a graphene flexible device. The method enables changing a graphene pattern so as to protect the graphene pattern from being damaged in an effective manner.
