▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing lithium battery cathode material of ultra-small oxides and carbon by microwave method comprises (a) soaking the zinc-based metal-organic framework material in the metal salt solution, continuously stirring to obtain a mixed solution, filtering, drying the solid phase to obtain ionized metal-organic framework material powder,(b) mixing the ionized metal-organic framework material powder with graphene powder, grinding, subjecting the grinded product to microwave heating to obtain the mixed powder and (c) subjecting the mixed powder obtained in step (b) to acid cleaning or alkali cleaning to remove impurities, filtering and drying to obtain lithium battery cathode electrode material of ultra-small oxides and carbon. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium battery cathode material of ultra-small oxides and carbon by microwave method. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple; ensures that the lithium-ion battery capacity and conductivity are high in comprehensive performance; has high cost; ensures that the size of the nano particles of the product is 2-10 nm and has high capacity performance under low oxide loading
