NOVELTY - The method comprises freezing and drying the bacterial cellulose film at a certain temperature, obtaining freeze-dried bacterial cellulose, carbonizing the freeze-dried bacterial cellulose in an inert atmosphere, obtaining carbon nano- fiber, ultrasonically mixing the carbon nano fiber with the oxidation graphene according to a certain mass ratio to deionized water the dispersion, performing hydrothermal reaction to the dispersion to form the graphene -carbon nano fiber composite hydrogel, freezing and drying to form the graphene -carbon nano fiber composite gas gel material. USE - Method for preparing graphene -carbon nano fiber composite gas gel material useful in the field of electrode material for anode or cathode of lithium-ion capacitor, and used as lithium-ion battery cathode. ADVANTAGE - The method: has high specific capacity of 95, 1428mAh/g; has excellent cycle performance and super-high rate performance; is prepared without adding other chemical reagent, without complex, time-consuming and difficult to control the water washing impurity removing step; and does not generate toxic and pollute the environment of the waste liquid.
