USE - Method for preparing graphene -carbon nano fiber composite gas gel material useful in the field of electrode material for anode or cathode of lithium-ion capacitor, and used as lithium-ion battery cathode. ADVANTAGE - The method: has high specific capacity of 95, 1428mAh/g; has excellent cycle performance and super-high rate performance; is prepared without adding other chemical reagent, without complex, time-consuming and difficult to control the water washing impurity removing step; and does not generate toxic and pollute the environment of the waste liquid.
