▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A two-dimensional composite material comprises bismuth vanadate, graphene and carbon nitride. The bismuth vanadate and carbon nitride are two-dimensional sheet structures, and are distributed on the surface of graphene. The bismuth vanadate two-dimensional sheet structure has a length of 300-800 nm. The carbon nitride two-dimensional sheet structure has a length of 400 nm to 1 mu m. The main exposed crystal plane of bismuth vanadate is the (001) crystal plane. USE - The two-dimensional composite material is useful in a photocatalyst for photocatalytic degradation of organic contaminants in water components (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional composite material has excellent photocatalytic degradation rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the two-dimensional composite material, which involves dissolving bismuth chloride in water, adding ammonium metavanadate, mixing and reacting, then adding ethanolamine solution, graphene oxide and carbon nitride, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction.
