ADVANTAGE - The ink has characteristics of uniform nano-dispersion, high strength, high density, and good toughness, and can be applied to print high-precision, high-toughness rubber products, and is suitable for large-scale, and fast production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing 3D printing ink, which involves adding the dimensional nano polymer modifier, emulsifier, and water into a container to prepare a dispersion, transferring the dispersion to a reactor, and adding raw latex to the reactor and stirring to obtain a modified latex, adding the modified latex, nano-tackifying resin, nano-reinforcing agent, nano-filler, nano-plasticizer, nano-aging agent, nano-active agent, nano-accelerator and nano-vulcanizing agent to the solvent to obtain the ink.
