▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Non-magnetic steel for improving corrosion resistance of water-cooled jacket of submerged arc furnace, comprises 0.16-0.18 wt.%, preferably 0.17 wt.% carbon, 0.95-1.15 wt.%, preferably 0.98 wt.% silicon, 23.5-24.6 wt.%, preferably 23.7 wt.% manganese, ≤ 0.03 wt.% phosphorus and sulfur (preferably 0.005 wt.% phosphorus and 0.015 wt.% sulfur), 2.5-3.6 wt.%, preferably 3 wt.% aluminum, 0.4-0.5 wt.%, preferably 0.45 wt.% molybdenum, 0.03-0.05 wt.%, preferably 0.04 wt.% titanium, 0.8-1.1 wt.%, preferably 1.1 wt.% chromium, 0.02-0.15 wt.%, preferably 0.07 wt.% titanium, iron (remaining amount), and unavoidable impurities, and further comprises 0.05-0.1 wt.%, preferably 0.07 wt.% graphene. USE - Non-magnetic steel for improving corrosion resistance of water cooling jacket of submerged arc furnace i.e. high energy-consumption smelting device. ADVANTAGE - The non-magnetic steel: has more outstanding corrosion resistance; effectively resists the acid corrosion of chloride ions in water; and solves the problem that the non-magnetic steel used for the water cooling jacket of the submerged arc furnace is easily corroded and cracked under the acid corrosion e.g. chloride ion.
