NOVELTY - The rejection filter comprises a substrate layer (1), a graphene structure and a dielectric layer (2). The graphene structure is provided with a first layer of graphene laid on the substrate layer. A second layer of the graphene is laid on a medium layer, where the medium layer is located between the first layer (31) and second layers (32) of graphene. The first layer and the second layer are composed of multiple parallel and equal interval graphene strip set. USE - Teratene-based broadband tunable terahertz band rejection filter for use in security, sensing, biotechnology, imaging and communication fields. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based broadband tunable terahertz band rejection filter has simple structure, only uses graphene, medium, graphene and substrate interlayer structure to realize band-stop filter effect, and is convenient to implement. The graphene strip-shaped structure is periodically generated by periodically graphene strip shaped structure. The device bandwidth is tunable, stable performance, it has good application prospect, and it can provide technical support for manufacturing and application of micro integrated tera hertz device.
