▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/silicon carbide composite material comprises 10-20% graphene and 80-90% beta -silicon carbide nanoparticles. The graphene sheet is coated on the surface of beta -silicon carbide nanoparticle. USE - Used as graphene/silicon carbide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material does not utilize hazardous reagent. The composite material has uniform microscopic structure and isotropic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (i) selecting flake graphite with a thickness of less than 30 mu m and beta -silicon carbide nanoparticles with a particle size of 40-60 nm, (ii) placing graphite and beta -silicon carbide nanoparticles in absolute ethyl alcohol and distilled water grinding medium, processing control agent, grinding for 30-50 hours, and (iii) taking out and drying the mixed ground material.
