The surrounding surface of socks main case is surrounded, and annular form is formed. The electrically-conductive area is provided with electrically conductive material such as copper, silver, and graphene. An accommodation unit is installed in outer bottom of electrically performive area. USE - Antistatic footwear device for static electricity elimination. ADVANTAGE - The footwear apparatus for static electricity elimination is provided effectively by a rational design. The electrostatic prevention effect of the footwear apparatus is improved.
