NOVELTY - Method for preparing functional nanofiber membrane mask, involves connecting mask feeding system with an electrostatic spinning machine and a high-temperature dryer, arranging melt-blown mask raw materials on the electrostatic spinning machine, adding functional materials to water-soluble polymer materials and spinning on the surface of the melt-blown cloth to obtain a composite melt-blown cloth covered by the nanofiber film, crosslinking the melt-blown fabric at a high temperature through a high-temperature dryer to obtain a composite melt-blown fabric covered with a non-water-soluble nanofiber film, directly feeding the fabric to a mask machine, maintaining the unwinding speed of the electrostatic spinning machine consistent with the winding speed of the mask machine, and compounding with the non-woven fabric to prepare the functional nanofiber membrane mask. USE - The method is used for preparing functional nanofiber membrane mask. ADVANTAGE - The method has high production efficiency and industrialization, improves filtration efficiency of melt-blown cloth, transforms the melt-blown cloth with general filtration efficiency to a melt-blown cloth with high filtration efficiency, increases functionality, is simple to operate and easy to control the reaction, and ensures excellent stability.
